My daughter and I were recently introduced to the Groovy Girls. She received one of the newest Groovy Girls to hit the Scene, Princess Dahlia and her Royal Ritzy Bed to review.
Even though I was only recently introduced, The Groovy Girls are celebrating their Sweet 16!
Groovy Girls, from parent company The Manhattan Toy Company, have been a worldwide phenomenon since 1998 when they introduced Liza, Lucy, Lexi and Lupe — soft sculptured dolls with a shy smile and funky vibe. Sweet 16 years later, The Manhattan Toy Company is introducing three Special Edition Sweet 16 Dolls and four “Core” dolls that start with the letter “B” — Brooklyn, Bailey, Bayani and Brenna. And at just $15 for the new 2014 core dolls and $20 for the Special Edition dolls, Groovy Girls are a chic deal that’s just too groovy to pass up.
What I love about The Groovy Girls is that they each have their own individual styles. Each girl is unique style from their hair, skin tone and outfits it encourages girls to express their inner self and what’s not to love about that?!
The dolls are very well made and snuggly soft so that your kids can even sleep with them. My Pinky brings her to bed with her all the time.
The Groovy Girls also have lots of fun accessories and even furniture to make your own Groovy Girls house. We received the Royally Ritzy Bed along with Princess Dahlia. My girls love putting her to bed and tucking her in. It’s indeed very royal looking with it’s tassle pillow and satin.
I have a feeling we’ll soon have a collection of Groovy Girls dolls as she’s been very loved by my two girls.
My daughter would also love the Groovy Girls Blissful Bubbles Bathtub.
