Taking Care of My Health & Wellness with the Help of Nature Made Vitamins #NatureMade

This post was sponsored by Nature Made® as a part of an Influencer Activation for Influence Central.

This past December I celebrated my last birthday that I can still consider myself in my early 30s. While I do believe age is just a number I do have to admit that I’ve started to feel a bit old. My energy levels aren’t what they used to be and the tell tale sign of aging of back problems has reared its head on me. So, I decided it was time to do something about it, after all there are many people far older than me with much higher energy and better health. Yes, I hopped on the get healthy new years resolution bandwagon!

While I didn’t go full out crazy with my goals I started small and made a promise to myself to start eating more complete meals and to start taking my vitamins regularly because total wellness starts on the inside. To help with my wellness I made the decision to add a Magnesium vitamin to my daily vitamin intake to help me function at my best.

Magnesium helps support nerve, muscle and heart function, healthy bones and teeth, and is essential in converting food into cellular energy. Plus, being that I come from a family history of heart problems I’m hoping this will help me avoid having future heart issues of my own.

I’ve used Nature Made vitamins ever since I was pregnant with Pinky 6 years ago. They were one of the few vitamins that sat well with me when I was at my worst with morning sickness (or, rather, the all day sickness that it was for me). Nature Made is the nation’s #1 best-selling brand for quality vitamins, minerals and supplements* to help support nutritional gaps. I stuck with them because I found out first-hand that they are a great quality vitamin that I trust because they are great quality and there are many options to fill in my gaps in my nutrition so that I can stay healthy and stop feeling so old.

To help me stay on track of also joined the Nature Made Daily Boost Program that has inspiration and information on furthering your health goals and see what other Nature Made fans like myself are doing to stay healthy.

I found that Walmart is a great destination to purchase Nature Made vitamins, minerals and supplements at an because of the variety of options and they are at their everyday low price, so there is no need to wait for a sale. I visited just the other day to stock up on my daily vitamins!

Since I started taking Nature Made Magnesium vitamins I’ve found that my energy level has increased and I’m not feeling so worn down early on in the day and more energy for me means more fun with my girls after a days work!

Be sure to enter to win one of 20 $50 Walmart gift cards so you can stock up too!
