Oh The Places We Will Go! We’re taking Baby Digger to her first Sesame Street LIVE Show!

Like all parents I just love taking Baby Digger to experience fun new things, when she is old enough to understand Disney World and get excited about it I’m not going to be able to contain myself! So I decided to start a blog post series called, Oh The Places We Will Go! to document all of our fun excursions and trips! This weekend we’ll be going to her first Sesame Street Live show! I snagged a few front row tickets (and got a great deal!) for Sesame Street Live Elmo’s Superheros and I’m so excited to take her!

She loves watching Seasame Street and I’m hoping she’ll love it just as much live. She went to the circus a few months back and while she enjoyed most of it she got fidgety and bored of sitting still. Let’s hope this won’t be the case for Sesame Street Live, though I’m thinking she’ll have a great time, she has a lot more focus than she did just a few short months ago and being that it’s Elmo I think it’ll keep her attention. Plus, she loves to dance and I searched the show name on YouTube and it looks like there will be lots of singing and dancing which she’s almost sure to love!

She’ll dance and watch the hilarious parody of LMFAO “I’m Elmo and I Know It” over and over again. If you haven’t seen Elmo’s version check it out (is super cute!)

I really am excited to take her and see her reaction to all the Seasame Street characters right in front of her. I’m also looking forward to all the fun things she’ll be able to do this spring and summer, she’ll certainly be keeping her mama busy and I can’t wait! Have you taken your children to see this show? What exciting things do you have planned for your children this year?

  1. I hope she has a great time & enjoys the show! My boys are grown (26 & 22), but we took them to places like the circus, fairs & festivals, Disney World – but when they were older (15 & 11) and numerous short trips. They still remember those vacations that were taken within a 2 hour radius of our home.
