We nearly always have Juicy Juice in our fridge and it really warms my heart and makes me proud to support them when I hear such great news like this. Juicy Juice, Feeding America and celebrity mom and anti-hunger advocate Samantha Harris (Dancing with the Stars, Entertainment Tonight) have teamed up for the Fruit For All Project to put up to 35 million pieces of fruit in the hands of children and families in need. Over 16 million American children (more than 1 in 5) are living at risk of hunger. This Interactive Hunger Map shows the staggering percents state-by-state of people living in hunger. For children who rely on free or reduced-price lunches, the summer presents a great risk. 18.7 million children are at risk during the summer months. It’s so hard to think that with all this hunger nearly 20 billion pounds of food go to waste each year here in America.
Between June 1 and August 31, a piece of fruit will be provided to hungry kids and their families each time Juicy Juice is purchased. Kids and their parents can also get involved by logging on to Juicy Juice’s Facebook page or FruitForAllProject.com to complete challenges like games, quizzes and puzzles to earn even more fruit donations for those in need.

I like that if you submit a photo of yourself helping at a foodbank they donate more food.
I like their fun challenges on their site =}
The video was very nice but it was also very nice to get to take a quiz on the site and because I took the quiz a piece of fruit was donated to a child in need.
I learned that 16.4 million kids in the US do not get the food that they need.
I learned that 1 in 5 children in America don’t have enough food. So sad!
I learned that since 1990, the Nestlé/Feeding America partnership has resulted in the donation of more than 250 million pounds of food.
I learned that summer is especially important for kids to have access to food because the schools are closed and they don’t have access to the free meals there.
i like that you can donate food to hungry people
I like the photos of people who are helping their local food banks.
They have a quiz on the site that, when you answer questions, they will donate fruit to those in need. (and also with purchases of Juicy Juice) I answered a few correctly. Food insecurity means people have low access to food, I found that 16 million people are food insecure. 🙁
there making a difference in people by just taking a quiz they donate
I love how they are giving back. i didnt learn this on the site but those that are on wic are given this juice. There juice is 100% juice and kids love it. I did however learn that 1 in 5 children in The usa dont have enough food.

16.4 million kids in the US do not get the food that they need. I took the challenge and shared!
As of this month, 2,000 more people will be losing their jobs in Fort Smith, Arkansas, as Whirlpool will be closing it’s doors after many years here and moving to Mexico. I hope I win this, as so many people will be devastated when this happens. There are no jobs for them available.
I love this! Everyone wins no matter who wins!
I learned that 1/5 kids lack access to healthy food!
