There are so many times when I forget to take food out of the fridge in time to defrost or sometimes I just wait too long on deciding what to have for dinner that day. One day I took a whole chicken out of the freezer too late, it was still frozen by the time it was time to start prepping dinner. So, I took out my BrylaneHome Halogen oven and had it defrosted and baked in a matter of just over an hour. I just put some olive oil, rosemary and garlic on it and placed it in the halogen oven along with some potatoes.

It cooks fast and evenly with air circulating around the food. The chicken was perfectly cooked outside and inside and was quite honestly the juiciest chicken I’ve ever cooked.
Cleanup is also easy, I just cleaned the grate and the large bowl with soap and water. I LOVE this kitchen appliance, it’s perfect for busy working moms like myself and makes delicious meals. I also love that you can have yummy fried foods without all the fatty oil and grease.
